 My husband has been in the Bayview community for 30 plus  years and has been hosting back to school BBQ’s for the community every year since  he lived in the neighborhood. 

We began having conversations about opening a brick and mortar location while preparing for our annual 2010 Back to School BBQ,  we noticed the neighbor BBQ restaurant was up for rent in August 2010. 

So in April 2011, we signed our lease. Hince we stepped out on faith to open the restaurant and offer our product to the community year round.
